Can I return something I don't like?

Sure! If you're just not feeling the love for your purchase, make sure it's unused, unwashed, has all original tags and packaging intact, is in resalable condition, and we'd be happy to take it back for a refund within 30 days of the original shipment date. Please email help@greyslater.com with a brief reason for your return before you send the package back. You'll be responsible for return shipping and delivery confirmation.


What if my order is defective or I got the wrong thing?

No problem--send an email to help@greyslater.com right away with a quick description of the problem (a photo is really helpful, too), and we'll take care of it ASAP!
